Food Sensitivities are Slowing You Down!

If you have any of the symptoms below, you could be sensitive to certain foods...even "healthy foods"

  • Skin issues

  • Digestive issues (gas, bloating, constipation)

  • Sinus issues/allergies (especially after a meal)

  • Foggy brain

  • Tired after meals

  • Mood swings

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

This is just a small list of some potential food sensitivity symptoms.

What can you do to find out which foods you should avoid to feel your best?

An easy option is to do the ALCAT Test to test for food sensitivities. Note that testing for allergies is not the same as testing for sensitivities. There are two completely different antibody’s involved in the testing. Testing for allergies only tests 1 antibody (IgE) while testing for food sensitivities tests for the other antibody (IgG).

Truthfully, the elimination diet is not easy and it is best to listen to your body's needs at all times and when to know what your body is telling you. It is also best to have a strong support system to help you stay on tract and lift you up when you desperately want want your craving! In the beginning my strongest craving was coffee and I needed some reminding of the big picture of why I was doing this.

I'm offering the simple elimination method through my coaching program to support you every week and every step of the way!! I have done this method before and I know that it can be done without feeling deprived! These are the foods we will be eliminating for 21 days:

  • soy

  • gluten

  • peanuts

  • eggs

  • alcohol

  • caffeine

  • dairy

  • processed and fast food

After 21 days, we will slowly introduce one food at a time to see what our body's tell us. You will know if you are sensitive to that particular food if your previous symptoms return.

Your Personal Program:

3 or 6 Month Trust Your Gut Program: Two 50-minute appointments in-person or via phone/skype each month for six months, which will include a discussion of your progress, and recommendations. I will customize each individual package to fit your health and wellness needs!
